He has extensive healthcare experience focused on serving providers with medical products, analytics and education. Moreover, during the course of his career he has led marketing and operations teams to generate organic sales growth, reduce costs via lean six sigma process improvements, and provided strategic intelligence and insights on markets, customers, competitors, and internal capabilities. He has led teams of direct reports and led virtual teams to advance M&A driven growth. During the course of deal negotiations and merger integrations he has dived deeply into the human resource aspects of employee retention, rewards, and incentives.
